Diagnostic Fees
There are no diagnostic charges unless otherwise advised.
Service Deposit and Bench Fee
ALL non-warranty service orders require a $20.00 non-refundable deposit.
Deposit can be applied towards any recommended parts and/or labor. A bench fee of up to $20.00 will apply to cancelled or declined repair orders.
Hourly Rates
In-House Service - $40.00 / Hour
Rush Service w/ 24 Hour Completion Guarantee - $80.00 / Hour
Non-stock part surcharges may apply. If service is not completed within 24 hours, rates will revert to standard rates.
Job Rates
In-House Windows OS Installation - $60.00
Includes partitioning and formatting of media, and installation of drivers, antivirus protection, and Internet security software (or as requested). We recommend AVG AntiVirus, SpyBot Search and Destroy, and Ad-Aware. Does not include software or licensing.
Data Transfer - $20.00 (up to 80GB)
Does NOT include storage media or data recovery. Other limitations apply.
GO Computer Center cannot be held responsible for the loss of data or information from computers or storage devices. Service warranty does not cover any part or facet of a unit that was not serviced by GO Computer Center. Estimated response and completion times are not binding. A bench fee of up to $20.00 may apply to cancelled or declined repair orders. In the event that the owner of serviced equipment cannot be contacted or does not make arrangement to pick up his equipment, that equipment may be discarded after 30 days.
