Maintenance Plans offer priority response and discounted rates.
Priority Response
Prepaid maintenance plans offer priority response times, with larger contracts receiving precedence. Contracts of 10 hours or more usually have a response time of less than 24 hours (Holidays and weekends excluded).
Reduced Service Rates
We know you are looking for value. Prepaid maintenance plans offer one standard reduced rate for both in-house and on-site service.

Terms
Standard service terms apply. Prepaid maintenance plans are valid for one year from the date of purchase. Plans can be renewed / extended at any time. Maintenance plan does not include parts and / or equipment. Any service request can be excluded from maintenance plan at your request.
A Mileage/Travel Charge of one-half (1/2) the Service Rate per Hour will be applied to any service that is performed more than twenty (20) miles from the Salem location of GO Computer Center. Additional charges may apply for travel that requires overnight accommodations for the technician(s). Labor time will be assessed and calculated for each technician and technical assistant required to complete the service in a reasonable and timely manner. Service performed outside of normal business hours (between 9:00am and 5:00pm Monday through Friday) or on holidays, will be assessed at one and a half times the normal rate.
GO Computer Center cannot be held responsible for the loss of data or information from computers or storage devices. Service warranty does not cover any part or facet of a unit that was not serviced by GO Computer Center. Estimated response and completion times are not binding. A bench fee of up to $20.00 may apply to cancelled or declined repair orders. In the event that the owner of serviced equipment cannot be contacted or does not make arrangement to pick up his equipment, that equipment may be discarded after 30 days.
